Video clip at 0:44 through 0:46 shows the victim WALK INTO THE ONGOING BRAWL AND STRIKE A PERSON, then gets a strike on the head in return for his involvement. (See right hand side edge of the video)

This is video evidence that negates claims that he was just a bystander and was at the wrong place at the wrong time. He WANTED this. He is NOT INNOCENT and as the video shows, it's the victim who should ALSO BE CHARGED FOR ASSAULT.

Though it's sad to know a person is dead, it is even sad to see that everybody is considering him a victim, when the video shows at 0:44 that he clearly invited upon himself by not just walking into a gang war, but actually getting involved in it by striking someone firsthand.

Why did he walk right into it? He could have crossed the street and vacated the scene. He could have stood far away and watched. But no; not only did he have to walk into it, but had the foolish idea to punch someone. Obviously, the gang will retaliate.. and that's just what they did. Plonk his stupid head.

I wouldn't say he deserved to die, but clearly this boy invited a good deserved trashing.

IF YOU SEE A BRAWL, CALL THE COPS. NOT GET INVOLVED AND STRIKE FIRST BLOW.
It is very important that Police, Schools and Parents drill this message to their wards. DO NOT GET INVOLVED, CALL FOR HELP.

DONT SYMPATHIZE WITH THIS VICTIM, as HE IS GUILTY. Share this info, so other kids learn NOT TO GET INVOLVED IN GANGWARS as this victim here did.

Though this video doesn't reduce the wrong-doings of the people involved, it does contradict claims that the four charged were assaulting by-standers and innocents. More so, it shows that the VICTIM IS GUILTY of assault.

Eugene, Silvonus.. it appears were not attacking bystanders after all...

This is simple an issue of Sensibility over Foolishness.
